Do you provide care guidance for the plants?
Absolutely. We believe the journey continues long after unboxing. Detailed care information is available under our PLANT CARE guides. For specific revival tips after transit, we recommend placing your new plant in indirect light and consulting these guides to help it thrive.
What are Atomisers & Misterse used for?
Our Atomisers & Misterse are delicate tools designed to nurture humidity-loving plants. They allow for a fine, gentle mist, perfect for creating the ideal microclimate for your botanical companions and are treated with special attention during packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a secure and convenient checkout process, accepting Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?

Do I need an account to place an order?
While you can check out as a guest, creating an account allows you to track your order history and speeds up future purchases. We are a small, curated shop and do not have a complex account system; your email is your primary point of contact.

What are your shipping options and costs?
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Handled by DHL or FedEx. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 days after dispatch. This option offers a reliable, trackable balance of speed and value.
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over £50. This service uses EMS with a delivery time of 15-25 days after dispatch, perfect for thoughtful planners building their collection.
All orders undergo 1-2 days of careful processing and expert packaging before dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is on its way, we will send you a tracking notification via email so you can follow its mindful journey to your door.
Where do you ship to?
We serve plant lovers across the globe! However, due to complex phytosanitary regulations, we are currently unable to deliver to some remote locations and parts of Asia. Our checkout system will automatically confirm availability for your specific region.
How are items packaged for safe delivery?
Our packaging is an extension of our care. Plants are securely potted to prevent soil spillage. Pots (like our ceramic and COMPOSITE designs) are meticulously wrapped, and all items are cushioned with protective, sustainable materials to ensure they arrive safely and ready to thrive.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely delighted. If anything isn’t perfect, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Please contact our team at [email protected] to arrange this. To be eligible, items must be in their original, resalable condition.
My plant arrived stressed. What should I do?
A little travel stress is normal for living plants. Please place it in indirect light, avoid repotting immediately, and give it time to acclimate. Our PLANT CARE guides offer specific revival tips. If you have significant concerns, please contact us—we’re here to help your garden grow.
What if my pot arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if damage occurs, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve this for you promptly.
